Meet some of our team Management - The high-quality team at Incompass Financial Solutions is headed up by Andrew Brotchie and Jan Wink. Andrew can draw on much international experience after spending extended periods living in Mexico and the UK. Andrew attended the University of Exeter and has a BA (Hons) and an MBA in International Management. He started his career in financial services and, before returning to South Africa in 2005, spent many years working on business expansion in the Far East for a global financial services company. Andrew focuses on the investment, taxation, business start up and exchange control side of Incompass.Jan heads ups the insurance services provided by Incompass. After achieving a Bachelor of Commerce from Stellenbosch University he traveled comprehensively until settling back down in South Africa and becoming one of Incompass’s founding members. His interest in tourism is kept alive through his and his teams work as they are one of the leading provider of advice for guest house insurance in South Africa. Some other members of the team: Business Consulting and due diligence - Nico Le Roux. Nico commenced his career as a trainee accountant with Price Waterhouse Coopers and was later involved in the rendering of their wealth management services. Nico obtained his Honors B Compt degree from the University of South Africa and is a registered Certified Financial Planner (FPI) and a Certified Financial Accountant (CFP).

Being qualified as an attorney under German Law, she specialises in International Tax Law. She graduated as a Master of Laws from the University of New South Whales (Australia).
